Shane and Jess made their way to the Gold Coast from Sydney to marry at a surf spot that Shane considers to be his favourite. Although I’m sure Shane may have preferred to get married right on the tip of Snapper Rocks, the little enclave of Froggies Beach was where the two were hitched.
You couldn’t pick a more perfect Gold Coast day to have your wedding; April and May are such great times of year here for weather and light – a photographer’s dream really.
The super talented and always hilarious celebrant Ben Carlyle put together a unique, laid back and light-hearted ceremony that was truly indicative of both Shane and Jess’ personalities. If you’ve never seen Ben in action, make sure you check him out.
I love to brag about how adventurous my clients are and Shane, Jess and their bridal party were that and more! I think my question was “How do you guys feel about climbing rocks” and every single one of them scrambled over the retaining wall and out onto the old Snapper Rocks baths instantly!
A perfect sunset and pimping limo ride back to Mantra Twin Towns later and it was party time up in Signatures Restaurant and Bar.
